NHS psychological therapies
In Scotland, talking therapies on the NHS are usually arranged through your GP practice. NHS inform explains the options and has self-help guides.
Urgent help
Call NHS 24 on 111 for urgent help when your GP practice is closed. Breathing Space is a free, confidential phone line for anyone feeling low, anxious or stressed.
Charities
Scottish charities such as SAMH offer information and some local services.
